A “sport” is by definition an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment and enrichment. But if it is not fun, it’s not healthy. If it is not safe, it’s not a benefit. The IRCC helps focus the energy of the activity in a spiritually-centered manner. That playing and training together can be intense, but productive in a healthy and safe environment.
